The government increases the capital of the Energy Efficiency Fund by 240 million: what will be updated in 2025

Уряд планує вкласти додаткові кошти у Фонд енергоефективності для нових ініціатив у 2025 році.

The government has decided to support the Energy Efficiency Fund by increasing its charter capital by 240 million UAH. This will enable the continuation of state energy modernization programs and housing restoration, which are crucial for the resilience of the housing sector. The Fund operates on a co-financing model, where 20% of the funds come from the Fund itself, and 80% from international partners. The additional 240 million UAH will help attract 20 million euros in donor funds for program development. In the future, it is planned to finance 328 projects across the country aimed at ensuring energy-efficient and resilient housing for Ukrainian citizens.

Support for the Energy Efficiency Fund will not only contribute to the insulation and restoration of buildings but also ensure the resilience of the housing sector, energy independence, and reduced costs for Ukrainian families.
