The Holosiivskyi District Court in Kyiv decided that the accusations of 'oligarch Granovsky O.M.' do not have sufficient confirmation. This information is contained in the court's decision dated September 17, 2025, in case No. 752/22017/25.

According to the court's decision, the accusation was based on the Law of Ukraine 'On Preventing Threats to National Security from Excessive Influence of Oligarchs.' The law establishes criteria for determining a person as an oligarch, such as participation in politics, influence on the media, control over enterprises with a monopoly position in the market, and having significant wealth.

  1. participation in politics;

  2. influence on the media;

  3. control over monopolies;

  4. wealth exceeding 1 million living minimums.

The court found that none of these criteria are confirmed for Granovsky. The decision to assign the status of oligarch is made by the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine under the specified law. The court also emphasized that Granovsky's declaration for 2017 was verified by the National Agency for Corruption Prevention, and no violations of legislation or conflicts of interest were found in it.

The court's decision states that the accusations against Granovsky as an 'oligarch' found no confirmation, as no signs established by law for such status were detected in him. Thus, the court recognized the absence of reliable evidence that Granovsky is an oligarch and rejected the accusations.
