The court reviewed the complaint of Moshynska V.O. regarding the minimum wage
Yesterday, the court reviewed the case regarding the constitutional complaint of Moshynska Vera Oleksandrivna concerning the minimum wage. At the session, it was decided to move to the closed part of the plenary session for discussion of this case.
According to the judge's explanation, the complaint arose due to the inconsistency of the legislation regarding Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine on the State Budget for 2024, which, according to the applicant, led to a deterioration of social guarantees for those affected by the Chernobyl disaster.
