Poroshenko Marital Property Division
On April 20, 2023, the Vinnytsia Court of Appeal issued a ruling dividing the assets of Petro and Maryna Poroshenko. Under this decision, former Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko became the owner of:
- a 2021 Volvo S90 2.0 T8,
- a 2001 King Trailers GTS443-17.5 semi-trailer,
- a 2021 Honda CMX 1100D motorcycle.
The total value of the property assigned to Petro Poroshenko amounts to 4.52 billion Ukrainian hryvnias.
Maryna Poroshenko, on the other hand, received a controlling stake in the Prime Assets Capital fund, consisting of 8,190 shares—an 78.93% interest—valued at 8.33 billion hryvnias. The overall worth of the assets transferred to her is 8.53 billion hryvnias. This package also includes funds from bank accounts previously held by Petro Poroshenko, specifically:
- €34,000,
- $39,890,
- 813,500 hryvnias,
- £19.84,
- €3.17 million in cash.
Additionally, Maryna Poroshenko obtained money held in banks she owns: $1.25 million, €63,900, 47,300 hryvnias, and £1.07.
