The Constitutional Court made key decisions: what will change for millions of Ukrainians

The court's decision on constitutional complaints


The Administration of the Constitutional Court reported that on December 11, 2025, the First Senate made a decision in the case of constitutional complaints from Vitaliy Hasayak, Serhiy Dynyak, and Vitaliy Maklashevskyi regarding certain provisions of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses. The decision and its summary will be published on the official website of the Court.



Additionally, the Grand Chamber made a decision in the case of the constitutional submission from the Supreme Court regarding the constitutionality of certain provisions of the Labor Code of Ukraine. This decision will also be available on the official website of the Court.



Continuation of case reviews


The Grand Chamber continued the review of cases on constitutional submissions from various institutions and individuals during closed sessions of plenary meetings. Among them were the authorized representative of the Verkhovna Rada for Human Rights and the Supreme Court. The review of these cases will continue at the next plenary meetings.



The Grand Chamber also extended the review period for the case of Andreychuk T. V., Malinovskyi Yu. R., Pritula O. H. until January 13, 2026. The Constitutional Court also made a resolution regarding the composition of the Scientific and Advisory Council.



The Administration of the Constitutional Court reported on the decisions in cases of constitutional complaints and submissions, as well as on further consideration of cases in the Grand Chamber. All documents will be available on the official website of the Court, allowing all interested parties to follow the developments.
