The Ivano-Frankivsk District Administrative Court has decided to satisfy the soldier's lawsuit regarding his discharge from service to care for his father, who has a second-degree disability. This information was provided by a publication on Zaxid.net, referring to 'Hlavkom'.

In the refusal to grant the deferral, the representative of the military unit noted that the plaintiff’s father has a brother and sister who can take care of him. The defendant did not take advantage of the right to submit a response to the claim.

The soldier's father has had a second-degree disability since 2006, and round-the-clock care is necessary for him. The court recognized that the plaintiff's family has no other individuals who could provide care for his father. Therefore, a decision was made to release the soldier from the army so he could fulfill his family obligations.

Other cases of military violations

Additionally, various instances of violations of military discipline were examined in different regions of Ukraine. For example, in one of the courts, a serviceman was convicted for refusing to follow an order during wartime, while in another case, soldiers were punished for leaving the unit without permission. This was reported by the publication 'Hlavkom'.

The Ukrainian court has reviewed and issued a decision to release the soldier from service to care for his disabled father. This situation is rare, but the court took into account the specifics of the family situation and the father's need for constant care. Such a decision demonstrates humanity and understanding of the individual needs of citizens who dedicate their efforts to service in the Armed Forces.
