The National Police is investigating price increases on medicines in Ukraine
The National Police has launched an investigation into suspected violations in the procurement of medicines. According to preliminary data, the investigation is examining possible price increases on medications and insufficient transparency in their pricing. This may contradict government resolution No. 168.

Existence of 'Gray' Marketing Agreements in the Pharmaceutical Market
Two informants and a source within the government confirmed the existence of 'gray' marketing agreements after March 1. They claim that marketing services are paid for 'under the table', which has been confirmed by security services. This issue is also raised at meetings with producers and pharmacists.

Journalists have contacted the Ministry of Health, National Security and Defense Council, and the Ministry of Internal Affairs with inquiries about the recording of 'marketing' violations since March 1. The response received was that monitoring this issue is not within their competence.
During the investigation, the National Police of Ukraine focuses on possible price increases on medicines in the pharmaceutical sector and also examines the issue of 'gray' marketing agreements that may affect the availability of medical supplies for the population.
