The heating season in Ukraine begins with stable natural gas tariffs for the population and budgetary institutions. Prime Minister Yuliya Svyrydenko stated that the cost of gas will remain at 7.42 UAH per cubic meter for the population and 16.39 UAH per cubic meter for budgetary institutions until 2026.

This decision will contribute to maintaining stable heating tariffs throughout the entire heating season. It is also worth noting that during the state of war, a moratorium on increasing tariffs for heating, gas, and hot water is in place, ensuring additional social stability amid the conflict.

Thus, the government ensures price stability for gas for the population and budgetary institutions, which will contribute to maintaining social stability in the country during the heating season.
