PrivatBank sets new tariffs for the delivery of bank cards
PrivatBank has announced changes to tariffs for customers starting January 1, 2026. This information was shared by the bank's press service. According to the new terms, a single fee of 80 hryvnias (including VAT) will be established for card delivery within Ukrainian cities, as well as different tariffs for card delivery abroad starting next year.
Currently, customers have the opportunity to order delivery free of charge until December 31, 2025. The bank offers six types of orders per year for different categories of cards: 'Universal', 'Universal Gold', payment cards, and premium cards.
- The process of ordering PrivatBank cards:
- 1. Open the section 'All cards';
- 2. Select the required card for reissue;
- 3. Go to the settings of this card;
- 4. Select the option 'Order card';
- 5. Place an order for delivery.
The delivery times for cards differ: in Ukraine, cards arrive the next day, abroad via the courier service 'Nova Poshta' – from 7 to 14 days. When activating the card, it is important to carefully check the packaging: if it is damaged, it is better to refrain from activating the card.
