Limitation period for evasion cases: when they are removed from the search in the TCC

The issue of being on the search by territorial centers for staffing and social support (TCC) for violations of military registration rules is discussed, in particular, the terms and procedures for removal from the search. The limitation period for a case is three months. This means that individuals who have been declared wanted for certain violations can be removed from the search after the expiration of this period.

Problems that may lead to a search include:

  • failure to appear for summons;
  • ignoring the referral to the military medical commission (VLC);
  • failure to update data within the specified time;
  • not notifying about a change of residence or family status.

A fine of 8,500 hryvnias is provided for ignoring the summons.

“I recommend that before admitting guilt, write to technical support. Sometimes it works.”

Thus, individuals who find themselves in such a situation can have the opportunity to resolve their issues without significant losses.
