Tina Karol's Latest Release

Ukrainian pop star Tina Karol has released a new song addressing the lack of electricity, water, and heating, which has drawn criticism from social media users. The song includes the lyrics: 'We have no light, but we have warmth; we have no warmth, but we have kindness. We have no water, but we have each other. I have you, you have me. We are together, we are family.' The track became a topic of heated discussion on TikTok, where users expressed their dissatisfaction in the video's comments section. This release comes as many in Ukraine continue to face severe infrastructure challenges due to the ongoing war.

Addressing the Controversy

Responding to the criticism, Tina Karol addressed the situation in her Telegram channel. She stated:

'It is cold, unpleasant, and sad for everyone equally! The message is about human warmth! Yes, I have a generator. And I refuel it at my own expense. And it is expensive, like everyone else – we are all battling the crisis. All the comments that the song was commissioned by the authorities are complete nonsense!' - Tina Karol

In addition, Tina Karol announced pre-orders for her anniversary album 'Love. Tears. Manifesto,' dedicated to the 20th year of her career. Pre-orders are scheduled to begin on December 19, 2025. These events highlight the singer's continued activity amid current challenges and her attempt to articulate the emotions and experiences shared by society.

The release of Tina Karol's new song reflects the pressing issues Ukrainians face during the ongoing crisis. She aims to support her listeners by emphasizing the importance of human unity even in difficult circumstances. The audience's reaction shows that artistic expression can provoke divided opinions, while also underscoring the broader societal struggles during a period of instability.
