In the Ukrainian Business Award ranking for 2026, the first place among kefir brands went to «Halychyna». The top five also includes «Yahotynske», «Molokia», «Selianske» and «Zlahoda». The evaluation considers not only the product range but also brand recognition and their presence in the market. This is reported by Ukrainian Business Award.
1. Halychyna: first place in the kefir ranking 2026
«Halychyna» topped the list with a score of 13.83 points, or 100%. The brand is well known to consumers thanks to a wide range of dairy products and noticeable presence in retail chains. Kefir of this brand is suitable for those who are looking for a familiar everyday product and want to choose between different packaging formats.
2. Yahotynske: kefir with a minimal gap from the leader
«Yahotynske» took the second place, scoring 13.08 points, or 94.5% of the leader's result. This is one of the most recognizable dairy brands in the country, which focuses on classic products and stable availability. Its kefir is often chosen for breakfasts, home baking, and light dishes.
3. Molokia: strong recognition and modern approach
The third place goes to «Molokia» with a score of 12.32 points, or 89.1%. The brand is actively represented in retail chains and has a wide portfolio of dairy products. Its advantage for the consumer lies in the familiar taste, convenient packaging, and the possibility of finding other products of the same brand for daily diet.
4. Selianske: classic choice for the family
«Selianske» ranked fourth in the ranking, receiving 11.76 points, or 85%. The brand has been present in the Ukrainian market for a long time and is associated with basic dairy products. The kefir from this brand is worth considering for those who value familiar formats, clear choices of fat content, and availability in stores.
5. Zlahoda: stable brand in the top five leaders
Fifth place went to «Zlahoda» with a score of 10.51 points, or 76%. The brand maintains a noticeable position in the dairy category and offers kefir for daily consumption. Its strong point for the consumer lies in the combination of recognition, classic assortment, and the availability of the product in familiar retail outlets.
The ranking does not determine the universally best kefir in terms of taste or composition. Before purchasing, it is worth checking the fat content, production date, storage conditions, and the composition of a specific product, as they may differ even within the same brand.
