The top five developers in Lviv in 2026 included Avalon, RIEL, 'Intergal-Bud', LEV Development, and M7. Avalon took first place, while RIEL lagged behind the leader by only 1.6 percentage points. The results were published by Ukrainian Business Award.
1. Avalon
Avalon topped the rankings with a score of 19.29 points, or 100%. The developer has been operating since 2014 and builds residential complexes with recognizable architecture and its own infrastructure. Among its projects are Avalon Prime, Avalon Yard, Avalon Magnolia, and Avalon Holiday.
2. RIEL
RIEL secured second place with a score of 18.98 points, or 98.4%. The company has been operating since 2003 and reports over 100 completed projects in Lviv and Kyiv. Its advantages include extensive experience, a wide range of residential options, and comprehensive territorial development.
3. 'Intergal-Bud'
'Intergal-Bud' received 12.01 points, or 62.3%. The company implements club houses and large residential complexes in Lviv, including City House. Among the developer's advantages are a significant portfolio of completed projects and the ability to buy an apartment in an already completed building.
4. LEV Development
LEV Development placed fourth with a score of 9.8 points, or 50.8%. The company has been operating since 2015 and builds in Lviv, Kyiv, Bukovel, and Yaremche. The developer is distinguished by modern architecture, business-class projects, and the creation of a complete environment around the buildings.
5. M7
M7 scored 8.78 points, or 45.5%. The company independently handles design, construction, landscaping, and technical supervision. The complete cycle of work allows it to control quality, timelines, and the cost of project implementation.
