The bathhouse construction market in Ukraine encompasses small home saunas, separate bathhouses, and full-fledged SPA complexes. The UBA 2026 ranking includes five companies with different specializations: from steam room design to engineering installation and equipment supply. This is reported by Ukrainian Business Award.
1. TEPLOPAR: Leader in the Bathhouse Construction Rating in Ukraine
TEPLOPAR took first place with 100% rating points. The company designs and builds bathhouses and saunas, handles 3D visualization, frame construction, thermal insulation, stove installation, chimney, lighting, and interior finishing. This format is convenient for clients who want to receive a finished steam room from a single contractor.
2. FINNSTANDART: Saunas for Home, Apartment, and Business
FINNSTANDART scored 63.7% and specializes in equipping private and commercial saunas. Before starting work, the team takes measurements, assists with planning, and prepares a project considering safety and ergonomics. The company also supplies materials and equipment, including wood for finishing, stone heaters, and related elements.
3. SpaPlanet: Comprehensive Approach to SPA Zones
SpaPlanet scored 56.7% and works not only with classic saunas. The company's portfolio includes Ukrainian and Finnish bathhouses, hammams, jacuzzis, swimming pools, and comprehensive wellness spaces. A strong point is their own demonstration center in Chaiky, Kyiv region, where clients can familiarize themselves with the formats of future SPA objects before ordering.
4. KATARZIS: Focus on Turkish Hammams
KATARZIS ranked fourth with a result of 55.9%. Its main profile is the design and construction of Turkish hammams turn-key. This specialization is important for objects that require a different temperature and humidity regime than a Finnish sauna or traditional bathhouse. The team works with the technical filling of the steam room and the finishing of the premises.
5. StroySauna: Own Materials and Installation Teams
StroySauna completed the top five with 55.4% points. The company combines equipment sales with the construction of private and commercial saunas. The turn-key service can include design, ventilation, thermal insulation, stove installation, plumbing, doors, windows, and finishing. Their own production of lumber and doors allows them to complete part of the supply without involving separate suppliers.
The ranking shows that the choice of contractor should start not only from their position in the list but also from the format of the future object. For a compact home sauna, materials and installation are essential, while for a SPA complex, engineering solutions, ventilation, water treatment, and post-launch service are crucial.
