The Ukrainian Business Award has published a rating of the best optical stores in Ukraine for 2026. Companies were evaluated based on their assortment, number of stores, services, customer experience, online presence, reviews, recognition, and expert ratings. First place, by a wide margin, went to LUXOPTIKA, which scored 17.93 points and a maximum of 100% rating. Next were Megaoptika - 75.9%, OPTIKA LUXOR - 42.3%, KYIVLINZA - 33.1%, and DIM OPTIKI - 30.7%.
1. LUXOPTIKA - 100%
LUXOPTIKA became the leader of the ranking due to a combination of a large network, assortment, and recognition. The company has been operating for 32 years and has 239 stores - the most among participants. Its assortment includes 3,800 items from 112 manufacturers, and seven types of services are available to customers. The network's website receives over 552 thousand visits per month, and the number of brand queries on Google is 56,280.
2. Megaoptika - 75.9%
Megaoptika took second place with 13.62 points. The main advantage of the company was the largest product assortment among participants - 4,800 SKUs from 38 manufacturers. The store offers six types of services, scored 9 out of 10 for customer experience, and 8 out of 10 for social media activity. The review score is especially high at 66.6, the best result among all study participants.
3. OPTIKA LUXOR - 42.3%
OPTIKA LUXOR has been operating in the Ukrainian market for 28 years and has a network of 21 stores. Its assortment includes 1,900 items from 84 manufacturers - the second result in the ranking for the number of represented brands. The company offers six types of services and received maximum 10 points for customer experience and Web Performance Index. The website monthly traffic exceeds 71,000 users.
4. KYIVLINZA - 33.1%
KYIVLINZA took fourth place with a score of 5.94 points. The company has been operating for 20 years, has 11 stores, and offers 1,400 items from 32 manufacturers. It received 9 out of 10 points for Web Performance Index, and the website is visited over 37,000 times a month. At the same time, KYIVLINZA became the absolute leader in the jury evaluation - 9.5 points out of 10.
5. DIM OPTIKI - 30.7%
Closing the top five is DIM OPTIKI with a score of 5.51 points. The company has been in the market for 25 years and has five stores. Its assortment consists of 1,650 items from 45 manufacturers, which is the third result among participants for the number of brands. DIM OPTIKI received maximum 10 points for customer experience and 8 out of 10 for social media activity.
A total of ten companies made it into the Ukrainian Business Award rating. During the assessment, both the scale of the offline network and assortment, as well as digital metrics, reputation, service, and evaluations from the expert jury were taken into account.
