1. RetroStyle Takes the Lead in the Game Dev Company Ranking
First place went to RetroStyle, which scored a maximum of 100% in the ranking. The studio specializes in game art development, animation, concept design, and the complete cycle of creating visual content for video games. The company works with international clients and participates in project creation for various platforms and genres.
2. 4A Games Remains One of the Symbols of Ukrainian Game Dev
Second place went to 4A Games with a score of 98.5%. The company is globally recognized primarily for the Metro game series, based on the novels of Dmitry Glukhovsky. The studio has extensive experience in developing large-scale AAA projects, its own technological solutions, and a reputation as one of the most successful Ukrainian developers in the international market.
3. Room 8 Studio Works on Global Gaming Hits
Taking third place in the ranking was Room 8 Studio with a score of 93.7%. The company specializes in outsourcing and joint video game development for leading global publishers. The studio participates in creating graphics, character design, animation, and other components of large international projects for PC, consoles, and mobile platforms.
4. Pingle Develops Full-Cycle Game Development
Fourth place went to Pingle, which scored 86.1% in the ranking. The studio provides full-cycle development services, including programming, graphics creation, game porting to different platforms, and project technical support. Among the company’s clients are well-known international publishers and video game developers.
5. GSC Game World Continues to Create Iconic Projects
The top five was concluded by GSC Game World with a score of 74.5%. The studio is one of the most famous in the history of Ukrainian game development thanks to the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. and Cossacks series. The company has many years of experience creating its own gaming universes and remains one of the most recognizable Ukrainian brands in the global gaming industry.
