The Ukrainian market has identified five home appliance manufacturers with the highest results in the Ukrainian Business Award 2026 ranking. The leader is Samsung with 100%, followed by Bosch, Gorenje, Hisense, and LG. When choosing appliances, buyers are advised to consider characteristics, brand, and warranty. This is stated by Ukrainian Business Award.
In forming the ranking, UBA evaluated the breadth of the assortment, presence in retail networks, customer experience, website quality, search popularity, reviews, social media activity, warranty conditions, and jury assessments. Therefore, the ranking reflects the overall market position of brands rather than technical testing of individual models.
1. Samsung — 100%
Samsung topped the ranking with a score of 20.64 points. The brand is represented in 12 major retail chains and 15 categories of home appliances. Its key advantages are recognition and strong digital presence: UBA recorded 191.6 thousand branded Google queries. Samsung received 9 points for customer experience, maximum 9 points from the jury, and has a three-year official warranty. The brand has been present in the Ukrainian market for nearly 30 years.
2. Bosch — 56.5%
Bosch scored 11.66 points and took second place. One of the main advantages of the brand is its wide assortment: 33 categories of home appliances, which is the second result among the participants in the study. Bosch has been present in the market for 33 years, receiving 9 points for website quality and 8 for customer experience. The brand is represented in eight major retail chains, with an official warranty of two years. Service is becoming an increasingly important selection criterion for appliances, particularly due to the spread of new repair rights in Europe.
3. Gorenje — 51.5%
Gorenje received 10.63 points. The brand's main advantage in the ranking is the widest assortment among all participants: the appliances are represented in 43 categories. Gorenje has been on the market for 32 years and is sold in nine major retail chains. UBA rated the brand's social media activity at 7 points and website quality at 8. The official warranty for the appliances is two years.
4. Hisense — 47.6%
Hisense, with a score of 9.82 points, took the fourth place. The brand has 18 categories of appliances and is represented in ten major retail chains. Its strongest point is customer experience: Hisense is the only participant to receive a maximum of 10 points for the CX Index. The manufacturer scored 9 points for website quality and 16.62 points for reviews, which is the second highest score in the ranking. Hisense has the shortest history among the top five, being present for only nine years.
5. LG — 45.3%
LG closes the top 5 with a score of 9.35 points. The manufacturer is represented in only five categories of home appliances, but compensates for the relatively narrow assortment with high recognition: UBA recorded 73.7 thousand branded search queries, which is the second highest score in the ranking. LG is sold in ten major retail chains, receiving 9 points for customer experience and 8 for website quality. Another advantage is the three-year official warranty, similar to Samsung.
The final ranking shows a significant lead for Samsung: 100% versus Bosch's 56.5%. Gorenje scored 51.5%, Hisense 47.6%, and LG 45.3%. At the same time, the strengths of the manufacturers differ: Gorenje stands out for its assortment, Hisense for customer experience, while Samsung and LG shine in warranty and recognition.
