In Kharkiv, five residential complexes with the highest ratings in the Ukrainian Business Award have been announced. The selection included various projects, ranging from intimate developments to large quarters with hundreds of apartments. This is reported by Ukrainian Business Award.
The rating was compiled based on a combination of quantitative and qualitative indicators: apartment areas and layouts, infrastructure, object readiness, developer experience, online presence, and customer experience. This is not an evaluation of investment attractiveness or a guarantee of housing quality, but a comparison of parameters according to UBA methodology.
1. Residential Complex «Felicita» in Kharkiv took first place in the rating
Residential Complex «Felicita» scored 13.97 points and received 100% in the ranking. The complex has 242 apartments, five types of layouts, and 22 infrastructure elements. The ceiling height here reaches 3.4 meters — the highest indicator among the ten projects in the selection. The minimum area of the apartments is 41 m², and the readiness of the complex is assessed at 100%.
2. Residential Complex «Cranes» in Kharkiv features compact apartments
Second place went to Residential Complex «Cranes» with a score of 12.35 points, or 88.4%. The complex comprises 352 apartments, with the smallest starting at 35 m². This is the lowest starting figure in the ranking, expanding choice for buyers of compact housing. At the same time, the complex offers three types of apartments, 18 infrastructure elements, and ceiling heights of 2.8 meters.
3. Residential Complex «Pavlivsky Quarter» in Kharkiv is the largest in the top 5
Residential Complex «Pavlivsky Quarter» took the third place with 12.34 points and a score of 88.3%. This is the largest complex in the ranking, with 657 apartments. Buyers have access to five types of layouts, and the maximum area of the apartments reaches 213 m². The project counted 23 infrastructure elements, and the level of readiness was determined in the analysis as 100%.
4. Residential Complex «Favorite» in Kharkiv focuses on large areas
Fourth place was awarded to Residential Complex «Favorite» — 11.94 points, or 85.5%. This is a more intimate project with 84 apartments and four layout options. Its feature is large areas: apartments start from 67 m², while the maximum area is 204 m². The complex also received one of the highest scores for customer experience — 9 points out of 10.
5. Residential Complex «KEY» in Kharkiv maintained its position in the top five
The fifth position was taken by Residential Complex «KEY», which scored 9.82 points and 70.3%. The complex has five types of apartments and a ceiling height of 3.1 meters, exceeding the average in the selection. The developer has been on the market for eight years. According to UBA, the project also has significant recognizability in searches and stable website traffic, which became one of the factors for its position.
The ranking shows that the Kharkiv market offers various housing formats, from compact apartments in «Cranes» to large areas in «Favorite» and extensive development in «Pavlivsky Quarter». Before purchasing an apartment, it is worth separately checking documents, the actual state of construction, contract conditions, and the developer's reputation.
