Tragedy in Bila Tserkva
In Kyiv region, during winter recreation, a 25-year-old boy died as a result of a traffic accident caused by a dangerous attraction involving a car and tires. The incident occurred in the city of Bila Tserkva, in the Hayok neighborhood. The driver of a Volkswagen Touareg arranged an extreme entertainment violating traffic rules by attaching two car tires to the vehicle using a rope.
As a result of this dangerous experiment, the tires veered into the oncoming lane, where a quad bike was traveling at that moment. A 16-year-old girl was driving the quad bike. As a result of the collision, one of the young men sustained severe injuries and died in the ambulance.

The driver of the Volkswagen Touareg has been detained and is currently in a temporary detention facility. Investigators from the Kyiv region police have launched a pre-trial investigation to clarify all the circumstances of the tragedy.
