In response to this, Ukraine and the USA have reached the final stage of preparing a joint plan for the resolution of the conflict, which consists of 20 points. This document has been agreed upon by 90%, indicating significant progress in the negotiations.

The Importance of Public Opinion

Volodymyr Zelensky emphasized that likely, the peace plan will need to be approved in parliament or through a referendum, further highlighting the importance of public opinion in the process of resolving the conflict.

The situation in Donbas remains critically important for Ukraine, and negotiations between the USA and Ukraine may become a key factor in resolving the conflict. The significance of public opinion, supported by a high level of support for ending the war, may influence the further steps of the country's leadership. The approval of the peace plan through parliament or a referendum underscores the necessity of considering the people's opinion in making important decisions.
