The White House officially announced the personal composition of the U.S. delegation that will accompany President Donald Trump during his trip to Alaska. According to Reuters, the American delegation includes eight high-ranking officials from the administration.
Joining the negotiations will be Secretary of State Marco Rubio, Secretary of the Treasury Scott Bessent, Secretary of Commerce Howard Lutnik, and Director of the Central Intelligence Agency John Ratcliffe.
The delegation also includes Special Envoy Steve Witkoff, White House Press Secretary Karoline Livitt, Chief of Staff Suzy Wiles, and Deputy Chief of Staff of the White House Dan Scavino.
According to the official statement, Vice President J.D. Vance will not join the president during the visit to Alaska.
Previously, Trump predicted the outcome of the meeting with Putin and announced a call to Zelensky.
