On Tuesday, October 28, trams No. 6 and No. 8 in Kharkiv will temporarily change their routes. From 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, they will not operate along Saltivskyi Lane and part of Saltivske Highway — from Akademika Pavlova Street to Traktorobudivnykiv Avenue. The reason is tram track repairs, the Kharkiv City Council reported.
Traffic will be organized according to modified schemes.

Tram No. 6 will operate on the route:
turnaround point 'Kharkiv-Passenger Station' — Yevhena Kotliara Street — Poltavskyi Shlyakh Street — Serhiyivskyi Square — Pavlivskyi Square — Constitutional Square — Heroes of Kharkiv Avenue — Koshkina Street — Heorhiy Tarasenko Street — Machine Builders Park.
Tram No. 8 will move along this route:
'Odeska Street' — Byron Avenue — Morozoza Street — Heorhiy Tarasenko Street — Molokhna Street — Defenders of Ukraine Square — Heroes of Kharkiv Avenue — Akademika Pavlova Street — Semyhradskyi Entrance — Virynska Street — Moiseivska Street — Shevchenka Street — turnaround point 'Zhuravlivskyi Hydropark'.
Temporary bus route
During the tramway repairs on Saltivske Highway, a temporary bus No. 8 will start operating, which will run from the 602nd microdistrict through Saltivske Highway, Akademika Pavlova Street, Heroes of Kharkiv Avenue, Oleg Hromadskyi Street, the metro station 'Defenders of Ukraine', and back.
The city authorities ask passengers to plan their trips considering the temporary changes and to check the current schedule in advance.
