Ståle Solbakken, the head coach of Norway's national team, has sharply criticized Scotland for backing out of a scheduled friendly on June 9. Solbakken expressed his frustration, pointing out that it was unprofessional for the Scottish manager to have the team's administrator notify him of the cancellation after training had already ended, rather than making a personal phone call. He emphasized that the injuries cited by the Scots could not have occurred during their final practice session, a detail he finds deeply disappointing.
