Today marks the third anniversary of the death of rescuer Oleksandr Kulinich, who lost his life while demining in Donetsk. Oleksandr was born in 2000 in Donetsk, graduated from the National University of Civil Protection of Ukraine, and worked as the head of the underwater demining unit. As a result of an accident on December 12, 2022, he sustained injuries that led to his death on the spot.
Oleksandr is remembered as always smiling and a faithful friend, a patriot who loved life. Every day we honor the memory of all those who died due to the Russian invasion. His name is currently preserved in the memory book of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, which combines the stories of fallen defenders.
