The evacuation of the population from the frontline regions of Ukraine continues with strength. Thanks to the efforts of the State Emergency Service, the National Police, communities, and volunteers, about 147 thousand people have been relocated to safer places. Specially equipped groups ensure transportation even for people with limited mobility.

The largest number of evacuees comes from the Donetsk region, where there are nearly 92.4 thousand displaced persons. In total, the number of evacuees includes more than 16.5 thousand children and over 5 thousand people with limited mobility. Assistance is being provided not only in the form of relocation but also as comprehensive support in new places of residence.

Deputy Minister Oleksiy Ryabikin urged residents of frontline communities not to delay evacuation, as timely action can save lives. Organized departure and further support after relocation are guaranteed.

In transit centers, people receive necessary assistance at all levels, including medical and psychological support, as well as legal and social assistance. Additionally, evacuees can count on financial assistance from the government and humanitarian organizations. This process includes more than 80.5 thousand beds for temporary accommodation, about 7.3 thousand of which are free for settlement.
