The selection of women leaders for training under the program 'Lead the Change' is ongoing in the transport sector. This program, initiated by the Ministry of Development, is designed for women leaders to enhance their qualifications and develop management skills.
At a briefing, Serhiy Derkach, the Deputy Minister of Community and Territorial Development of Ukraine, explained that the program has strategic significance for the development of the transport industry. Participants will receive 40 hours of training and mentorship support, promoting their professional growth.
“The program will allow women to develop management skills and become true leaders in the transport sector, equipped with the necessary knowledge for successful management.”
