Tourist bus overturned in Khmelnytskyi region: 54 passengers on board

Traffic accident near the village of Shatava

On June 23, a traffic accident occurred near the village of Shatava in the Kamianets-Podilskyi district involving a tourist bus. At approximately 16:40, the driver of the bus, which was operating the route from Kyiv to Burgas (Bulgaria), lost control, causing the bus to veer off the road and overturn.

There were 54 passengers and a replacement driver on the bus. The number of injured individuals is currently being determined. Law enforcement and rescue services are working at the scene. A decision is being made regarding the initiation of criminal proceedings under Article 286 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. According to the police of Khmelnytskyi region,
