The Prime Minister of Poland, Donald Tusk, stated that Russia intends to discuss reducing NATO troops in Europe, including Poland, at upcoming negotiations with the USA.

“The issue is to prevent anyone from giving Russia the right to restrict its neighbors. We strive for no country to make future decisions without the involvement of others,”
- emphasized Tusk.

He also noted that Russia aims to influence the future situation in Ukraine and Poland, so it is essential to form a coalition of countries for a joint position regarding Russia and the USA.

The meeting in Alaska instead of American sanctions caused some surprise, but Tusk hopes it will be an effective way to exert pressure on Russia.

Ukraine and Poland continue to be in the spotlight in the context of international relations and how they are perceived by Russia and the West. The deployment of NATO troops in Europe and possible discussions on this matter should be closely monitored, as it could affect the geopolitical situation in the region.
