On April 3, stabilization power outages will be introduced in Kyiv region, but most consumers will remain with electricity throughout the day. The restrictions will only affect certain queues and will be in effect at specified times. This is reported by DTEK.
Power outage schedules in Kyiv region on April 3, 2026: who will be left without electricity
According to DTEK, a significant part of the queues is not subject to restrictions and will have electricity supply throughout the day.
Electricity will be continuously available for the following groups:

At the same time, some consumers will temporarily be without electricity:

2.1 queue — from 07:30 to 11:00

6.2 queue — from 07:00 to 07:30.
The restrictions are planned and aimed at stabilizing the energy system.
