auto mechanic - 38 thousand UAH
-

In the construction sector, similar amounts were offered to fitters, welders, and electricians.
Where offers start from 30 thousand
The most vacancies with a median salary of 30-35 thousand UAH are in production and blue-collar professions. Turners and excavator operators earned about 31 thousand UAH, while electricians, mechanics, technologists, and carpenters earned 30 thousand UAH. Growth in these categories reached up to 33%.
In the agribusiness sector, salaries of 30-32 thousand UAH were recorded for sawmill workers, agronomists, and tractor drivers.
Employment expert Vitaliy Serhiyovych Belenets explains the trends as follows:
«The labor market continues to shift towards skilled artisanal and technical professions. Businesses are experiencing a shortage of executors who can actually work with their hands and have practical experience. That is why the salaries of builders, mechanics, electricians, and logisticians are rising faster than other categories. In 2025, we see that employers are willing to pay significantly more to retain specialists».
Analysts note an ongoing trend: the most well-paid vacancies are traditionally in construction and manufacturing specialties.
