At the Sendai Classic golf club in Japan, an unusual and fun event for everyone except the bear occurred – a bear wandered onto the field, causing the cancellation of the Meiji Yasuda women’s golf tournament. This is already the second such incident in Japan this year when sporting events had to be reconsidered due to a bear-related incident.
Other interesting news sounds like a movie script about adventures – Norwegian skier Emil Iversen was attacked by a German shepherd during a run with colleagues and a football player. Thanks to Iversen's quick reaction and medical assistance from a skilled stitcher, serious consequences were avoided, and from that encounter with the shepherd, the skier came away with new impressions and minor cuts.
Incidents with the bear on the golf course, as well as with a kitten and a baby wild goat, indicate an unexpected encounter with wild animals that can bring both unusual adrenaline emotions and warmth and affection.
