A major collapse of the roadway occurred in the historical center of Bangkok on Samsen Road near the hospital. Part of the road collapsed due to subway construction work.

The depth of the collapse was 50 meters, and the area of the collapse was 900 square meters. The video shows how part of the asphalt sank, and an electrical pole tilted. Fortunately, no one was injured. Local authorities and rescuers quickly arrived at the scene, evacuated people, shut off water supply and electricity, and began restoring the damaged road segment.

The police and emergency services immediately responded to the incident, evacuating people and ensuring safety at the scene. Water supply and electricity were shut off in the collapse area, and repair work began. Local residents received water replacements and necessary services. Additional monitoring of the condition of buildings and soil is planned to prevent similar incidents in the future.
In connection with the road collapse in central Bangkok, authorities acted quickly, taking necessary measures to ensure the safety of residents and avoid further incidents. Infrastructure restoration work has already begun.
