Resilience Center specialists are enhancing their competencies to assist people in difficult life situations. The training translates into practical skills for communicating with victims, crisis counseling, and psychological first aid.

  • They gain skills for responding to crisis situations

  • They are trained to stabilize the emotional state of victims

  • They master methods of psychological assistance in emergency situations

  • They study burnout prevention issues at work

Such training helps improve the professional skills of specialists and brings them closer for exchanging experiences and supporting each other in their work with war victims.

"Enhancing the competencies of Resilience Centers is an important step in providing meaningful support to those affected by the war."

The project is financed by the Council of Europe Development Bank and implemented in cooperation with the Ministry of Social Policy, Family, and Unity of Ukraine, with the participation of the Ukrainian Catholic University.
