In some routes of Kyiv region, an increase in fare costs has been recorded. In particular, the changes affected Irpen and suburban directions to the capital. Passengers learn about the new tariffs directly during trips, while carriers explain the decision citing rising costs. This is reported by Irpen City Council.

Fares in Irpen's minivans have increased on certain routes

According to local Telegram channels, the fare on bus route No. 420 in Irpen has been updated. The cost of a trip within the city is 20 hryvnias. For passengers traveling from Irpen to Kyiv, the ticket price has increased to 60 hryvnias.

For residents of the Romanyvka and Vodokanal districts, the fare to the capital costs 50 hryvnias. At the same time, the preferential rate for schoolchildren has remained unchanged: during the educational process, the trip within the city costs 5 hryvnias with a student card.

Fare increases in the Kyiv region are also recorded on other routes

Fare increases have been recorded on other suburban routes as well. From January 20, the fare on route No. 721 from Vyshevoye to Kyiv metro stations has increased. The ticket price has risen to 60 hryvnias.

Similar changes have occurred on routes from Kyiv to Boyarka, Bilohorodka, and Vyshevoye. Starting February 1, the fare on route No. 423 from Bucha to the capital has been set at 70 hryvnias, and for residents of Havrylivka, the trip to Kyiv has increased to 100 hryvnias.

Passengers note that in some cases, they are not informed of price changes in advance. Carriers explain the fare increases due to rising fuel costs, transport servicing, and a decrease in passenger flow.
