Resilience Point Map Receives Update
On February 25, 2026, the Diia application was updated to include a new filter for locating Power Banking network branches on its map of resilience points. This feature is part of a joint initiative by the National Bank of Ukraine and commercial banks, with the Power Banking network currently consisting of 2,408 operational branches across Ukraine. This update is part of a broader effort to maintain essential services during disruptions.
Branch Capabilities and Features
Branches within the Power Banking network are equipped with alternative power sources to ensure functionality during challenging conditions. Additional measures implemented at these locations include:
- Backup communication channels;
- Enhanced cash collection services;
- Supplemental staffing.
These provisions are designed to maintain a higher standard of customer service during crisis periods.
To access this new functionality, users should open the Diia app and navigate to the 'Services' menu. From there, select the 'Resilience' section and click on the 'Power Banking' tab in the top menu. This enhancement aims to simplify access to financial services in difficult circumstances and strengthen the resilience of Ukraine's banking system. The Diia app is a central component of Ukraine's digital public services.
