Altercation During Immersive Show in Dnipro
An incident at a Dnipro quest room's 'Danger Zone' performance has sparked outrage among parents. Preliminary reports indicate that an actor involved in the show used physical force that violated the event's established rules. Parents allege the actor used a stun gun on a teenager's abdomen twice, resulting in the boy suffering a split nose, a busted lip, and marks of strangulation on his neck. Such immersive experiences are designed to be thrilling, but they must strictly adhere to safety protocols, especially with minors.
Witnesses noted that the actor's behavior was inappropriate and displayed real aggression toward the children. They stated, 'This was no longer a game. We heard screams that were clearly not part of the show.' This contradicts the clear instructions given at the start of the quest, which stated the stun device was for sound effects only.
Police were called to the scene following the incident and helped to de-escalate the situation.
Public and Administrative Response
According to the parents, the venue's administration refused to provide CCTV footage, raising further questions about the transparency of their investigation. While one participant and his father reportedly stated they had no claims against the company, the full circumstances remain unclear.
Separately, in Ukraine's Volyn region, law enforcement detained two officials from a Territorial Recruitment Center for taking bribes to help men of conscription age resolve issues related to military summons.
The Dnipro incident has caused significant public concern, casting doubt on the safety and ethical standards of such interactive events. The refusal to share surveillance footage only amplifies worries about accountability and transparency in this case.
