A strong fire occurred at the stadium of the 'Haka' club, as a result of which one of the stands completely burned down, and the artificial turf of the field was severely damaged. The chairman of FC 'Haka', Marko Laaksonen, emphasized that no one was injured, but the damage from the fire is significant, and the club's activities may be complicated for some time.
Three underage fans of the 'Haka' club were detained on suspicion of arson, one of whom confessed to the crime. This was a manifestation of dissatisfaction with the team’s results, which dropped out of the elite division after the end of the Finnish championship.
It is reported that for qualification for the World Cup, the Ukrainian national team needs to defeat two more opponents.
