Kharkiv in Mourning
The city of Kharkiv has declared a day of mourning on March 9, 2026, following a terrorist missile attack. A ballistic missile strike on a residential building killed seven people, including two children: a 13-year-old girl and a 9-year-old boy. An additional 15 people were wounded in the assault.
