A minibus in Kherson has been hit by another Russian drone strike, leaving several people wounded—including the driver.
Around 10:25 a.m. on August 26, 2026, a Russian unmanned aerial vehicle struck a shuttle bus in central Kherson. By 1:50 p.m., four casualties had been confirmed, one of them the bus driver. The attack left a 78-year-old woman with a concussion, blast injuries, and a traumatic brain injury. A 59-year-old man and a 60-year-old woman also suffered mine-blast wounds, while the 55-year-old driver sustained a concussion, blast trauma, and a closed head injury.

In a separate incident, Russian forces used a drone against a cyclist in Kherson’s Korabelnyi district; the man sustained wounds that proved fatal. Between 6:00 a.m. on August 26 and 6:00 a.m. on August 27, Russian troops also inflicted damage on three apartment blocks, five private homes, administrative buildings, a mobile phone tower, a farm building, agricultural equipment, and private cars, according to operative reports.
