Eight large buses have started operating on route No. 30, Ozernaya - Tripilska Street, in Khmelnytskyi. They have completely replaced the taxi minibuses that previously operated 14 on this route. As reported by Suspilne.
The fare payment for route 30 buses is currently in testing mode. Passengers can pay cash directly to the driver or use the validator. This payment format is also being used on other large bus routes in the city.
According to the Deputy Mayor of Khmelnytskyi, Mykola Vavryshchuk, the transition from minibuses to large buses took place in stages. Since September 1, four large buses and taxis operated simultaneously on the route, and now the process is completely completed.

Only large buses now operate on the route Ozernaya - Tripilska Street, which allowed to reduce the amount of transport and increase comfort for passengers. The new service format provides greater capacity and a more stable schedule.

The city council notes that about 100 large and medium buses are in operation daily on Khmelnytskyi routes. The city is gradually phasing out minibuses in favor of larger public transport.
