In Kyiv on the weekend of May 2-3, the routes of some buses and trolleybuses will be changed due to food fairs being held in several districts of the city. The restrictions will apply to both Saturday and Sunday. This is reported by Kyivpasstrans.

Transport movement in Kyiv on May 2: which routes will change

On Saturday, from the start of the service until the fairs are completed, several routes will have their schemes changed:

  • Bus No. 39 will operate via Science Avenue and Lysogirska Street deviating from the standard route

  • Bus No. 98 will change its route through Honoré de Balzac, Oleksandra Ekster, and Serge Lifar streets

  • Bus No. 110 will partially change its route towards the subway station "Square of Ukrainian Heroes"

  • Trolleybus No. 34 will only operate from Northern Street to Stepan Bandera Avenue

These changes are related to fairs on Holosiivska, Tatarska, Jordan, and other streets.

Route changes in Kyiv on May 3: what passengers can expect

On Sunday, the restrictions will affect other routes:

  • Bus No. 31 will operate a modified route from the "Polytechnic Institute" subway station to Tatarska Street

  • Buses No. 110 and No. 112 will move through Ivan Mykytin, Syrozhupannyky, and Ihor Yukhnovsky streets after their main route.

In the opposite direction, transport will operate without changes.

Kyivpastrans notes that the restrictions are temporary and requests passengers to consider them when planning their trips.

Additionally, there are other changes in the city: Bus route No. 4-T is not operating until June 27 due to the repair of the railway bridge between the "Pochayna" and "Raidozhny" stations. It is planned to resume after the work is completed.

Changes in transport movement mean that Kyiv residents should check routes in advance and allow more time for travel, especially on weekends.

Reminder: In Kyiv, starting April 30, Bus route No. 4-T is temporarily suspended. The restrictions will last nearly two months – until June 27.
