The Security Forum for Youth has started in Kyiv: 150 leaders discuss defense and innovations

The 11th Kyiv Security Forum for Youth titled GEN W²: Program the Future took place in Kyiv, organized by the Arseniy Yatsenyuk Open Ukraine Foundation. The event was supported by the NATO Representation in Ukraine and the Friedrich Ebert Foundation in collaboration with the association 'Technological Forces of Ukraine'.

150 young leaders, military personnel, diplomats, volunteers, security experts, and defense technology specialists gathered at the event. Issues related to the development of defense technologies, support for Ukrainian innovations, strengthening the country's resilience in the context of conflict, and the role of youth in rebuilding Ukraine were discussed. Among the speakers were current servicemen and veterans.



Forum Theme


The event highlighted the important role of Ukrainian youth in defense, innovations, and rebuilding the country. The theme 'Program the Future' united the moral and technological aspects of Ukraine's defense. Forum participants gained new knowledge and the opportunity to become part of a community of the new generation of leaders.



Guests and Prospects


Participants had the opportunity to take part in a competition for an internship at the Foundation in preparation for the annual Kyiv Security Forum in April. Among the guests were military personnel, diplomats, well-known volunteers, security experts, and specialists in defense technologies.



Earlier, the head of the Kyiv Security Forum, former Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk explained how to stop the dictator Vladimir Putin.


Important issues related to the development of defense technologies, the role of youth in Ukrainian security, and innovations in the country were discussed at the 11th Kyiv Security Forum GEN W². Participants of the event gained new knowledge and inspiration for their future work.
