In Kyiv, a notary is on trial for registering ownership rights for a nonexistent house

У Києві проходить судовий процес над нотаріусом, який незаконно засвідчив право власності на будинок, якого не існує.

In Kyiv, prosecutors from the Shevchenkivskyi District Prosecutor's Office sent an indictment to court against a private notary who registered ownership rights for a house that had not been put into operation, even without the presence of the future owner.

It was established that the notary conspired with a man who sought to legalize an illegally constructed house and fictitiously register ownership in the name of his wife. The violations of legal regulations and property registration rules did not deter the accused.

After an inspection by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, the facts of violations were confirmed, leading to the notary losing access to the State Register of Real Rights to Property.

It is important to note that a previous indictment had been sent against this woman for similar actions. At that time, she registered ownership rights for apartments in a building that also had not been put into operation.

The private notary in Kyiv, during the illegal registration of ownership rights to real estate without necessary permits and agreements with the future owner, resulted in an indictment being sent to court for violating legal regulations and property registration rules, while the notary lost access to the State Register of Real Rights to Property. Such actions are a serious violation of the law and distort the property rights registration system.
