The restoration of power supply for most families in Kyiv following the recent attack is indicative of the energy services' efforts to respond quickly to crises. However, ongoing outages on the Left Bank and stabilization outage schedules on the Right Bank highlight that the situation remains complex. Emergency measures, such as outages, are necessary to ensure the stability of the energy system under conditions of high load and risks associated with military actions. This also underscores the importance of preparing and adapting infrastructure for potential new attacks in the future.
