Restoration of heating supply in Kyiv
As of the evening of December 28, 2023, heating supply has been restored for over 3,500 buildings in Kyiv after the attack that took place on the night of December 27. Within a day and a half since the attack, heating has been restored for nearly 400,000 households in the capital.
The heating plants that supply the city have been connected to important medical institutions, such as:
- Kyiv City Clinical Hospital No. 9
- Kyiv City Maternity Hospital No. 1
- Perinatal Center of Kyiv
- Kyiv City Clinical Hospital No. 2
- Kyiv City Children's Clinical Hospital No. 2
- Kyiv Nursing Home for Veterans of Labor
Situation with electricity supply
As of the morning of December 28, electricity supply has also been restored for most residents of the city. Restoration works are ongoing at an accelerated pace to fully stabilize the situation, as reported by the Kyiv City State Administration.
