The court in Kyiv sentenced saboteurs and a Russian spy: up to 15 years in prison

In Kyiv, sentences have already been handed down in the case of sabotage and treason. A young man aged 21 received 10 years in prison for setting fire to a relay cabinet of PJSC 'Ukrzaliznytsia' on order from Russia. Another defendant, a 33-year-old resident of Kyiv, also received 10 years of imprisonment with confiscation of property for setting fire to a post office. He was also found guilty of aiding in the sabotage organized by a group of individuals.



Treason


In turn, a 60-year-old resident of Kyiv region was sentenced to 15 years in prison with confiscation of property for treason. He transmitted information about the consequences of missile attacks on critical infrastructure facilities at the order of military intelligence. The man had been cooperating since the fall of 2022, providing data on the damage to heat and power plants.
