In Kyiv, the network of cooling points for residents in hot weather is being expanded. By the end of next week, 33 water spray frames will be installed in various districts of the capital to help cope with high temperatures while outdoors. This is reported by the Kyiv City State Administration.

Water Spray Frames Will Be Installed in All Districts of Kyiv

The Department of Environmental Protection and Climate Change Adaptation of the KCSA notes that the installation of the structures has already begun. They are being installed in parks, squares, boulevards, and other popular public spaces where many people gather in the summer.

These frames create a water mist that helps reduce the thermal load during the heat and makes outdoor stays more comfortable.
