Foreign National Apprehended in Kyiv
Police in Kyiv have detained a 47-year-old foreign man who, while heavily intoxicated, threatened passersby with an F-1 hand grenade. “Under the procedural guidance of the Svyatoshyn District Prosecutor's Office, the detainee has been notified of suspicion under Part 1 of Article 263 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – illegal handling of ammunition,” police representatives stated.
