Discussion of Security Challenges

According to information, on December 31, Rustem Umerov reported to Volodymyr Zelensky about the results of a phone conversation with American and European partners. The meeting of national security advisors from the 'coalition of the willing' was supposed to take place on January 3 in Ukraine. It is important to note that a plan for a sequence of actions and strategy was developed during negotiations with the American side on December 28.
