Changes in the movement of electric transport in Kyiv
On December 28, the movement of city electric transport in Kyiv changed due to a complex energy situation. The lack of voltage in certain areas of the Left Bank of the city prompted the deployment of additional buses to the lines to ensure passenger transport.
It is noted that temporary bus routes have been organized to replace trams:
- № 28T
- № 4T
- № 29T
The movement of trams continues to be operated on the routes:
- № 8
- № 32
- № 27
- № 22
- № 29
- № 28
- № 35
And of trolleybuses – on the routes:
- № 30
- № 31
- № 47
- № 50
At the same time, the work of other electric transport routes has been suspended, particularly in the Troieshchyna residential area. Temporary bus routes have also been introduced to replace trolleybuses:
- № 50TRK
- № 37TR
- № 30TR
- № 31TR
- № 29TR
Situation with power supply
The situation with electricity in Kyiv and the region requires 2-3 days for stabilization, as key energy facilities in the region were damaged as a result of a terrorist attack by the Russian army. According to Serhiy Nagornyak, the situation in the capital's agglomeration is extremely complicated.
The current changes in the movement of electric transport indicate serious consequences of military actions for Kyiv's infrastructure. The lack of electricity in some areas requires operational responses from transport services to ensure passenger transport and maintain the mobility of the population. In the event of a prolonged energy crisis, further changes in the schedule and routes of public transport may be possible.
